Play-Along — The Tool Hears What You Play (Pro)

Play mode closes the loop between you and the tool: play a note or strum a chord into the microphone and it names what it heard, shows it with a tuning needle, and lights it on the neck. The 'play this' challenges then flip the direction — the tool asks for a note or chord and checks what you actually played, with the target shape lit on the neck, finger numbers included.

Pitch detection runs entirely on your device; the audio never leaves your browser. Play mode is part of ThunderFret Pro — it is the closest thing to a teacher listening — while the mic tuner remains free for everyone.
