Because the uke's high-G string is re-entrant (it's a high note, not a bass), these notes don't stack low-to-high like a guitar — but the chord is the same: F (R), B♭ (4), C (5).

a sus4 replaces the third with the fourth (root, 4th, 5th) — the fourth leans on the ear and wants to fall back to the third.
